Vince Papale and his rise to the NFL are truly the stuff movies are made of. Papale shared his story of strength and determination in the summer of 2006 with the release of the movie, "Invincible", which focused on the real-life hometown hero story of Papale.

Vince's diverse background in business, football and broadcasting, makes him an amazing asset to any corporate function. His inspirational story can be easily translated into a variety of situations, and his current experience in the movies is both a fascinating and exciting link Vince uses to bring his reality to any event.

• In 1974, while bartending at Max's in Prospect Park and substitute-teaching at Interboro High School, Papale successfully tried out for the Philadelphia Bell of the World Football League as a wide receiver. He played for the team for two seasons until the league folded in 1975.
• At 6'2" and 195 pounds, he tried out and made the Philadelphia Eagles football team in 1976, thereby becoming, at age 30, the oldest rookie in the history of the NFL to play without the benefit of college football experience.
• Played as wide receiver for the Eagles from 1976 to 1978.
• Voted Special Teams Captain by his teammates, and "Man of the Year" by the Eagles in 1978 for his many charitable activities.
• A shoulder injury ended his career in 1979.
• After retiring from the NFL, he worked as a TV and radio broadcaster for eight years, then became a commercial mortgage banker.
• Currently is the regional director of marketing and senior account executive for higher-education marketing at Sallie Mae.
