Chuck Bushbeck is currently an Associate scout with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. However, Chuck is probably best known for his courageous battle with cancer (hodgkin’s disease) in 1981 during his senior year of playing division 1 football at East Carolina University. Because of his extraordinary efforts, Chuck received national attention from ABC Sports Prudential College Scoreboard Halftime Show. Chuck later went on to play professional football with the Memphis Showboats (USFL).
Career Highlights:
Pre-season All-American honors (Football) Awarded prestigious “Christenbury Award” (East Carolina University) for most courageous athlete of the year. Associate Scout with the LA Angels, Chuck was awarded the Comcast “MVP” award for his work with “inner city youth”. Over 25 years of behavioral health experience Graduate of Villanova University in 1982

Chuck now trains and motivates professional athletes as well as local youth in the community. Chuck uses his extensive sports background and behavioral health experience to educate his audiences with his popular motivational seminar “Programmed to Win”. |
